The Holgate Community Library has established the Margaret Frost Memorial Scholarship.
This scholarship is to help finance the higher education of pending graduates/graduates of Holgate High School.
One scholarship in the amount of $350.00 each will be awarded this year. The winner of this years scholarship is Jenna Clady.
